Where is the office located?
We are located at 419 Sunset Drive, Butler, PA 16001. We are approximately located one (1) mile north of the Route 308/Henricks Road/Sunset Drive intersection on the left side of Sunset Drive. We are approximately ½ mile south of the Mercer Road/Sunset Drive intersection on the right side of Sunset Drive.
When is the office open?
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. The office does not close for lunch. The office is closed for the following holidays:

I am unable to utilize the office hours, what should I do?
If you require a form, click here. If you do not have internet service, you may call during normal operating hours to make arrangements to pick up forms after hours.
To report a problem, call (724) 282-7805 and leave a message with our answering service. They will make the necessary contact to investigate/resolve the problem.
To drop items off at the office, we have a mail slot in the door.
